Fanmail Address

Greg has made it so that there are numerous ways through which you can contact him.  On here, we have presented two email addresses and two different postal fanmail addresses.  The first email address is a fanmail email address.  The second is used for sending questions to Greg for his podcast, “The Smartest Man In The World”.  The postal addresses can be used to send typed or written letters.  The email addresses are better to use for quick questions and comments; the postal addresses are better to use for longer letters and autograph requests. However, before writing, please read over these fanmail suggestions, tips, and tricks first…

For Emails…

  • Please be polite and respectful towards Greg.
  • Just as a friendly tip, use spellcheck. This provides for much easier reading, and is an act of politeness.
  • You can try and ask for an autograph over the email, but it might be better to send an actual postal letter with a SASE.

For Postal Mail…

  • If you wish for Greg to write you back or send an autograph, please include with your letter a SASE – a self-addressed stamped enveloped. Not only does it help encourage the possibility of a response, but it’s the polite thing to do.
  • Please understand that if you send a letter, it is not guaranteed that it will be replied to. However, the chances that it will get read are very high, and it is likely to get a reply, too (in time).
  • Be aware that it can take quite some time to receive a reply. Mr. Proops is extremely busy and is frequently traveling and touring, and there is no way to determine how often he reads and answers fanmail.
  • Please be polite and respectful in your letters.
  • Just as a friendly tip, type your letters and spellcheck them. This provides for much easier reading, and is again an act of politeness.
  • It is not advised to send your own photos, or other memorabilia, to be signed. You’ll never be sure whether or not you’ll get them back, and if you do, whether or not they’ll be autographed. Likewise, please don’t send tapes or recordings of you performing your own standup, improv, etc.

IMPORTANT NOTE: At this moment in time, neither of the postal mailing addresses are confirmed! This means that they may or may not work. The first postal address is likely to be more promising than the second. We would sincerely appreciate it that, if you do send a letter and you receive a reply of sorts, to please contact us immediately and let us know what address you used, what you received, and how long it took between the time you sent your fan letter and the reply. Thank you!
